Kate Le graduated in December 1996 from VA Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. She is a degreed CPA and a Quickbooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. Kate developed a passion for business solutions and process improvements while working in various companies. Her contributions to Arthur Andersen, Perot Systems, Intelix, and Fannie Mae included management of general accounting, designing and implementing internal controls, creating and documenting process improvements, and preparing corporate financial reports. In 2009, Kate became a small business owner. It was through this experience that she recognized the onerous administrative pressure on every business owner: compliance with local, state, and federal tax requirements; compliance with merchant account rules; managing company finances and payroll challenges; etc. With all these administrative tasks, how is a business owner to focus on his/her primary business? With this realization, Kate made it an objective to put her experience to work for the business owner. She is determined to provide clients with accurate books, so they can regain the time to focus on achieving their business goals. In 2013, Clarity Accounting was founded.
